We are a condominium complex comprised of eleven 3-story residential buildings on the southeastern corner of East Venice Avenue and South Auburn Road in Venice, Florida.
Our History
It took about 10 years to complete the entire roster of San Lino condos after the first of the residential units were completed in 2006. In 2017 the last building (#700) within the complex was completed by MPS Construction.
Today San Lino is an outstanding condominium community with eleven building plus a clubhouse that are adjacent to the two lakes in the community. The residential buildings are all three-story structures of concrete block construction with four units to a floor for a total of 132.
All of the condominium buildings have elevators.
